Konferenz “2nd General State of Industrial Heritage”, Rome Juni 2022
ERIH member Fondazione Dalmine is supporting AIPAI Patrimonio Industriale, the Italian Association for Industrial Archaeology, in organising an international conference in Rome from 9 to 11 June 2022 on the state of industrial heritage. If you think about contributing a paper, submission of an abstract is open until 10 January 2022.
The congress vision is broad-based and aims to offer a plural context for sharing studies, methodologies, good practices, and experiences. This vision is represented by 11 thematic areas, including
➡ Cities and Industrial territories
➡ Infrastructure and urban heritage
➡ Reuse and regeneration practice
➡ Image and industry communication
➡ Industrial tourism: experiences of use and mobility.
Since the main topics are structured in 35 specific sessions, it is possible to propose a contribution both for a general thematic area and for one of the 35 in-depth sessions. With this conference, AIPAI ist celebrating 25 years of commitment regarding the census, knowledge, protection, and enhancement of industrial heritage. ERIH board member Prof Massimo Preite (I) is closely involved as member of the AIPAI scientific committee and executive board. http://bit.ly/AIPAI_Call_for_Papers
